Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume. Reve De Noir is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier before reaching out to us. Reve De Noir is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
